Ratings are assigned to unrestricted films.


Suitable for General Audiences. * No notes for this category.
Parental Guidance Recommended for Younger Viewers. * Contains cruelty.
* Contains crime.
* Contains offensive behaviour.
* Contains horror.
* Contains violence.
* Contains coarse language.
* Contains sexual references.
Suitable for Mature Audiences 16 Years and over. * Contains anti-social behaviour.
* Contains horror scenes.
* Contains scenes of cruelty.
* Contains offensive language.
* Contains violence.
* Contains sex scenes.
* Contains violence and offensive language.
* Contains violence, offensive language and sex scenes.

Classification Labels

The Classification Office classifies all films containing restricted material. Photo ID is required for all customers who are around the restricted age.

Restricted to persons 16 years and over unless accompanied by a Parent / Guardian. * Contains violence.
* Contains offensive language.
* Contains sex scenes.
* Contains violence, offensive language and sex scenes.
Restricted to persons 15 years and over. It is illegal to show the film to people below this age. * Contains violence.
* Contains offensive language.
* Contains sex scenes.
* Contains violence, offensive language and sex scenes.
Restricted to persons 16 years and over. It is illegal to show the film to people below this age. * Contains violence.
